James Doyle, PT, OCS

Jim graduated from Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Science in 1972. He received his physical therapy degree at Howard University in 1979. Jim has practiced outpatient orthopedics for over 25 years. He is an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. He was the senior physical therapist on tour with the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association) 2004-2005.

Jennifer M. Taylor, MPT, COMT

Jennifer graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999 from the University of Delaware. She initially practiced at Johns Hopkins Hospital, focusing on neurosurgery, neurology, spine, and orthopedics. She has practiced outpatient physical therapy in Annapolis since 2001. She became a Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist in 2008. Jennifer was an Advisory Board Member to the Southern Maryland Branch of the Arthritis Foundation 2009-2011. She has finished all of her course work for APTA’s CAPP-OB certificate (specialization in pre- and post-natal physical therapy).  Jennifer has also taken extensive coursework through CRAFTA & Myopain Seminars in Craniofacial & Craniomandibular Pain.

Amanda Beal, DPT, COMT

Amanda graduated from University of Pittsburgh in 2005 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Rehab Science at the University of Pittsburgh. She has practiced outpatient physical therapy in Annapolis since 2005. She has a specialty in vestibular rehabilitation. She also is an avid runner and has coached long distance runners at Chesapeake High School in the past. She became a Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist in 2008.

Ann Ruppel, MS, OTR/L

Ann graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology in 1979 and then earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Virginia in 1982. She has been practicing for over 25 years. Part-time outpatient occupational therapist, focusing on the evaluation and treatment of a predominately adult and teenage population in the area of orthopedics, neurologic, and arthritic diagnoses, with an emphasis on hands, including custom splinting

Cara Atwell, PT, DPT, OMPT, CMTPT, OCS

Cara obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB).  Cara attained her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.  Additionally, she was a dance minor and participated in various dance companies during her college career.  Cara is a certified Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapist (OMPT) through a manual physical therapy program instructed by Jim Meadows.  Additionally, she obtained her certification as a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Specialist (CMTPT) in dry needling through Myopain Seminars.  She is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedics (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.  Currently, she is enrolled in a fellowship program through the North American Institue of Orthopedic Maunal Therapy, working towards becoming a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).

Kyle Atwell, PT, DPT, OMPT, CMTPT, OCS

Samantha Stewart, PT, DPT

Samantha graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2015 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  She had clinical rotations in several settings and cities across the U.S.  Her final clinical rotations was at a Sports Medicine Clinic in Arizona that specialized in ACL Reconstruction Rehabilitation.  She is an avid runner and she has been treating in Annapolis since 2015.
